1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and participation in corporate events, workshops, and services provided by Mind Splash Studio AB (“Mind Splash Studio”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a session, the client company (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed once a written order confirmation or purchase order has been received.
  
  

• Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the invoice date., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• For larger events, a 50% deposit may be required upon booking. Whether a deposit applies will be specified in your proposal or order confirmation.
  
  

• Late payments are subject to statutory interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen).
  
  

• A reminder fee may be added to overdue invoices as permitted by Swedish law.
  
  

• Invoices that remain unpaid may be transferred to a debt collection agency (inkassobyrå), and the client company is responsible for any additional collection and legal costs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client cancellation:

• More than 14 days before the session: You can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  
  

• 7–14 days before the session: 50% of the agreed fee is payable. If possible, we are happy to reschedule your session to a new date instead of charging this fee.
  
  

• Less than 7 days before the session: 100% of the agreed fee is payable. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  
  

• Mind Splash Studio cancellation: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will always receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  
  

4. Safety and Liability

• All paints and materials used are non-toxic. Protective gear is provided and must be worn during sessions.
  
  

• Despite protective measures, paint may stain clothing, shoes, or personal belongings. Mind Splash Studio is not liable for such damages.
  
  

• Participants take part at their own risk. Mind Splash Studio is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
  
  

• Insurance & Venue Protection: Mind Splash Studio maintains liability insurance that covers accidental third-party injury and property damage. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
  
  

• Coverage applies when our safety instructions and protective setup are followed, and excludes wilful misconduct, misuse, and pre-existing defects.
  
  

• Participant personal accident insurance is not included. The client company remains responsible for its own employee safety obligations at the venue.
  
  

• Any incident must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos and a written description so we can notify our insurer and manage the claim.
  
  

5. Venue and Setup

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue with adequate space, access, and basic facilities (e.g., power, ventilation).
  
  

• Mind Splash Studio provides complete setup and cleanup, ensuring no paint or materials are left behind.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

• We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  
  

• Data may be used for booking administration, invoicing, and client relationship management.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property & Media

• Participants retain ownership of their individual artworks.
  
  

• By attending a session, the client company agrees that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for Mind Splash Studio’s marketing, unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the session.
  
  

8. Force Majeure

Mind Splash Studio is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If not resolved, disputes may be referred to the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
